Belfast City Council has kicked off its search for a partner to deliver multiple mixed-use developments.
The city is looking to develop four residential-led, mixed-use developments, with potential for further residential-led, mixed-use development and regeneration across the city on additional opportunity sites.
The partner will act as a master developer on the developments, bringing investment and expertise.
The private partner will need the “financial means and relevant experience, capability, and resources to make a significant contribution to achieving our vision for the city.”
Belfast Lord Mayor Councillor Ryan Murphy commented: “We’ve committed to developing new homes and using the council’s land to help our city grow and thrive. That’s why we’re now looking for a long-term partner who shares our ambition and vision for Belfast and can help us build an inclusive city that works for everyone.”
