The city aims to analyze its future water project financing plans, including operation and maintenance, with a focus on risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies for new long-term water supplies.
As part of the plans, the city is considering utilizing P3s, bond issuances, and other financing mechanisms.
Earlier this year, the city entered into a two-year reservation agreement with EPCOR, while a long-term P3 agreement is being contemplated.
Responses are due by November 15, 2023. The tender can be found here.
