Health infra expert leaves Grant Thornton

Industry veteran Matthew Custance has left financial advisory firm Grant Thornton.

Having spent the past four years at the firm, Custance has decided to take some time out to “think about what the next challenge should be”, while also potentially doing some freelance consulting work.

Prior to his time at Grant Thornton, Custance spent almost 10 years at KPMG as a partner in the UK business, having previously spent 12 years at PwC.

Reflecting on his time at Grant Thornton, Custance said: “Together we established a genuinely integrated healthcare business including major projects, information and data, finance and consulting. While I've been here, our work has grown dramatically and we've done more - and more nationally important - projects than ever before.”
