Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) is looking for program management consultants as it weighs delivery options for multiple major projects.
Under the plans, the PSTA is set to deliver the multimodal Clearwater Transit Center, bus rapid transit project improvements, broadband and EV charging infrastructure, as well as other capital and technology projects.
The authority said it is considering using P3 and construction manager at risk models, as well as more traditional design-bid-build methods.
The consultants will help deliver “in-depth analysis” on construction methods and procedures, identify how each model could be “managed and tailored to fit the project delivery methods”.
