Dentons bolsters Italy public practice

Law firm Dentons has hired a team of lawyers into its public law & regulatory practice in Italy, which will boost its public contracts and PPP offering.

The firm has brought in Jacopo Brambilla Sica as a partner, arriving from Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners. He joins the Milan office along with a team consisting of three lawyers: Valentina Romeo, Giuseppe Gagliardo and Luciano Niedda.

Sica regularly advises institutional investors, developers, funds, asset managers, and real estate companies on town planning and authorisation procedures, as well as on urban and environmental verification and framing activities.

“The arrival of Jacopo and his team will strengthen public law and regulatory services in the area of real estate and environmental law, complementing our existing offering in public contracts and PPP projects,” said Federico Sutti, chairman of the Europe Board and Italy managing partner of Dentons.
