The Jackson/Teton County Housing Authority has released a request for proposals (RFP) on its affordable housing P3 development.
Under the plans, private partners are being sought to deliver a new neighborhood for local workers and residents
The development will cover 5.15 acres of high density zoned land, and will “lean into multimodal transportation” and encourage alternative transit modes.
The county is looking to leverage private sector expertise and financing, using the P3 model.
