Toll road specialist Transurban’s US acting-president has announced his departure from the firm.
Michael Discenza has been in the role since February this year, taking up the position after serving as the firm's chief financial officer for North America for over four years.
Earlier this year, Transurban's long-running chief exectuive Scott Charlton announced that he was leaving the firm.
Charlton and Discenza helped shape Transurban’s role as one of the major players in the P3 industry, working on significant projects including Maryland’s Capital Beltway program.
Commenting on his departure, Discenza said: “It’s been a great 7+ year run, marked by many happy memories, milestones, challenges, and some cherished lasting relationships.”
