The District of Rhein-Erft, North Rhine-Westphalia, has released a contract notice on the second phase of its schools PPP project.
The first phase of the Bergheim vocational college PPP project was completed in 2019, with private partners now being sought to deliver space for 550 more students.
Private partners are now being sought for phase 2, which will be delivered through a 17-year design, build, finance, and maintain PPP contract.
