The City of Nashua, New Hampshire, has released a request for proposals on its mixed-use ice skating development P3.
Under the plans, private partners will deliver a multi-rink skating facility, potentially featuring a 1,500-seat performing arts venue and incorporating a local auditorium.
The new site is “envisioned as an important civic and recreational space” by the city, as it looks to develop the beginning of its downtown core.
The project will be delivered through a P3 contract, including the long-term operation and maintenance of the site.
