The Albuquerque Development Commission (ADC) has approved a non-profit partner for an affordable housing P3 project.

The commission has recommended the non-profit Greater Albuquerque Housing Partnership (GAHP) to deliver a 70-unit affordable housing development in the city's International District,

Dubbed SOMOS, the project will also featured mixed-use spaces including commerical areas.

In July this year, the city opened a search for partners to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a minumum 30-unit housing development.

Another bidder, ICONIC Development Partners, also submitted a proposal.
