A development partner is to be sought that would help deliver the city’s Facilities Master Plan, which provides a strategic direction for 75 buildings, with a current replacement value of over $550m.

“In addition to upgrading existing facilities, this project includes development of a new Western City Campus for local government, the renovation of the East Boulder Community Center and a new Fire Station 2 to replace the existing station,” the authority said.

An information session is to be held online on December 19, 2023, at 11am Mountain Standard Time, and will be the precursor to a request for qualifications process to be launched in early 2024. To sign up for the information event, click here.
