Vistry sees strong partnerships pipeline

Housing and regeneration developer Vistry has highlighted a series of opportunities through its Countryside Partnerships brand, as it looks to develop the partnerships business.

The firm has unveiled a raft of new opportunities, such as a 670-home programme in Stockton, County Durham, working together with investment from Homes England.

Providing an update on its performance, Vestry said it “continues to see strong demand for affordable housing”, as it continues its transition to focus solely on partnership opportunities.

“Looking ahead, working with our highly valued partners we are committed to increasing the delivery of much needed homes across the country, and in the fourth quarter have continued to secure exciting new developments that reflect our high return, asset-light partnerships model,” said chief executive Greg Fitzgerald.

Furthermore, the firm said it has “proactively managed its costs during the year and, working with our key supply chain partners, agreed cost reductions for all existing and future contracts in the second half”.
