Designed to encourage collaboration, real-world experience and knowledge sharing, the sessions will give you the tools to effectively navigate the process. Throughout the day, we'll discuss key topics including:
- Content Services Post Expiry - Procurement routes, Funding gaps/opportunities, and Models of delivery.
- Asset Transition - Preparation for expiry, Support to get the transition right, and Public/private collaboration.
- Net Zero - Carbon neutral planning for the assets post-expiry, Leverage public/private partnering to innovate, and Future proofing – technology, ideas, collaboration to capitalize on this opportunity.
- Liabilities - The tail and extent of liabilities post-expiry – how is this determined? Impact of the Building Safety Act, and What happens to the SPV post-expiry – solvent burial, directors' duties, best practice.
Following the workshops we will come back together for a plenary panel discussion to wrap up before some social time with your industry peers. This informal format is a chance to connect with others in the PFI market and help shape handback for the entire community.
